Today I wanted to post a soap inspired by my mothe Today I wanted to post a soap inspired by my mother on this Mother’s Day. For those who knew her, she was the life of the party. “Party Pat” was hard working, loving, and loyal. She could cook her butt off and was always there for my brother and I. She lived for family and loved to travel. She taught me the importance of self care and pouring into you. She was so strong. Her life story had pain, but it had far more joy. She lived life to the fullest. To know Patricia was to know living. Her spirit was as bright as her clothes, nails, and lipstick…. Unapologetically. She was not perfect, but she was absolutely amazing. The world is a little more dim without her. I miss her every day, but I know….. I know she sits with me, prays with me, holds my hand and covers me. I feel her around me often. This brings me comfort. I love you Mom and miss you with every fiber in my soul. Remembering all the good times today. 💕
Mothers are the foundation of the family. They hol Mothers are the foundation of the family. They hold us all together. They feed our development and growth. They encourage our dreams. They are our cheerleaders and our conscious. They do so much for us without always getting the flowers they truly deserve. Wishing all the beautiful Mommy’s out there a very Happy Mother’s Day. If you are blessed to still have her with you, love on her hard. You have a gift that many of us wish to still possess. For those who have an Angel Mommy…. She is looking down on you with the biggest smile on her face at what beauty she was able to give the world. I’m praying that your soul feels her spirit. She is still with you. I received the new Wildflower Garden Collection fr I received the new Wildflower Garden Collection from @brambleberry and I had to get Wild Sweet Pea fragrance oil into a mold. This fragrance was beautiful to work with. I use a lot of hard oils and butters in my recipe but this fragrance was easy to manage an itp swirl. I used the Rose Gold Mica(a favorite) and Evergreen Mica from the collection. The colors were vibrant and beautiful. I decided to finish the top with hand piped sweet pea flowers and vines.
