Sicilian Sea Breeze Fragrance Oil from @brambleber

Sicilian Sea Breeze Fragrance Oil from @brambleberry is my FAVORITE from the new Bella Vita Collection! If you like ozone scents then I think you would enjoy this one. Immediately I smell the bright citrus from the lemon and of course the ozone, but Bramble Berry always does an amazing job of adding complexity to a fragrance. I can smell some lavender and a hint of earthy greenery. It’s such a beautiful fragrance. I could see this scent in a linen spray or our laundry boost🤔.
I decided to make a bar soap, with inspiration from Italy’s coastline and Italian porcelain. I kept the design fairly simple in execution because this fragrance said it accelerated slightly. I believe if I would have soaped room temp instead of warm and didn’t do my normal water discount, it would have probably have given me even more work time. Even so, the fragrance was manageable and I was able to execute my design for the most part. The fragrance also said it would discolor to a light yellow, but it didn’t change much for me with the addition of Titanium Dioxide. Overall, I love the wispy waves and yellow scrolling on top.
With only 90 seconds I had to edit this waaay down.

Between my garden,business, and house duties, I’m constantly washing my hands. As soon as I smelled the new Italian Limoncello fragrance from @brambleberry new Bella Vita Collection, I knew just what I was making. Lotion and hand soap for my kitchen! I used their new Olive and Shea Lotion base with just fragrance and a little yellow mica. It was fast and easy. My hands LOVE IT! I also formulated an olive hand soap to help keep my hands from drying out with all the hand washing. I love how bright my hands and the kitchen smell after using them. This fragrance is delicious!

It’s Women’s Month and the perfect time to share a favorite small business of mine. @knoxcarterkandles sells the most delicious candles, scrubs, body butters, and now soaps! I really enjoy Ms. Quell’s candles so I had to pick up some of her body butters because I stay dry with all the hand washing! 😆 They smell so yummy and feel light and creamy. They absorb quickly and don’t leave my skin super oily. I will definitely be ordering more. I’m excited to try her sugar scrub in Cocoa Goddess tonight! Today is Valentine’s Day, but more importantly, today is the day we celebrate and honor love. Love is an action, not a thing. Love is respect. Love is appreciation. Love is that little feeling you get when someone sees you. When I go into a store and someone asks “ How are you?” I always ask it back. I have gotten a few surprised faces with a smile as they answer. They don’t expect their routine “customer service “ question to be asked back. It’s the little things that can show someone love. I don’t have to know you for 15 years to show you love. Holding the door for someone just a little farther away than the normal “ etiquette” distance is a loving action. Smiling at someone as you pass is a loving action. Stopping far enough back in traffic so someone can enter or exit a turn is a loving action.
You are loved daily by people that don’t even know you. Open yourself to see that. Whether you are getting a dozen red roses today or not, see the people around you and notice when they show you love in those tiny ways. I appreciate you very much and I hope you feel my big hug today! Have a wonderful,beautiful, magnificent day!!😘💖💖

I had the pleasure of the presence of my beautiful friend Andreall@savorthejuice yesterday. We enjoyed a Galentine’s event hosted by @thenorthstarcommunity
